This is a complex, ongoing program that requires deep coordination across product, engineering, infrastructure, operations, legal, compliance, marketing, and go-to-market teams to adapt Cyera for new environments with distinct constraints and requirements.In this role, you will own the end-to-end program structure, execution rhythm, ongoing communication, and cross-functional alignment required to prepare Cyera for FedRAMP-related milestones. You will build and maintain the program plan, drive accountability across teams, surface risks early, and ensure the organization is aligned around critical deliverables and timelines.What You’ll DoProgram Leadership & ExecutionOwn the cross-functional program plan for the FedRAMP high certification and regulated environment readiness, including milestones, dependencies, timelines, and execution trackingDrive ongoing coordination across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, Legal,, Compliance, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure progress according to defined objectivesMaintain the overall program operating cadence, including status meetings, executive updates, and decision-making forumsCross-Functional CoordinationWork across Engineering teams to coordinate execution on infrastructure, architecture, deployment, and operational changes needed for FedRAMP supportServe as the connective tissue across teams, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and that dependencies are managed proactivelySales & Business ReadinessWork with Sales, especially Government Sales leadership, to align program progress with market needs, customer commitments, and deal supportCreate tight feedback loops between field needs and internal execution so customer-facing teams have visibility into scope, timelines, and readinessRisk, Audit & Operational ManagementIdentify risks, blockers, and execution gaps early, and drive mitigation plans with the relevant stakeholdersEstablish clear reporting on program status, including progress against milestones, open issues, and cross-functional dependenciesBring structure, urgency, and clarity to a large-scale program that requires sustained management rather than one-time setup
