THE POSITION

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program offers real-world exposure for students interested in the live entertainment industry. Throughout the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the live event business while applying your academic knowledge to real-world situations. You’ll also strengthen your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills along the way.

This part-time position requires 15–20 hours per week. Interns are expected to work in our Austin office Tuesday through Thursday, so please ensure your availability aligns with these days. The internship runs through the Summer and Fall semesters, beginning June 23, 2026, and concluding November 19, 2026.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Calendar management including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and obligations
Takes notes, creates agendas, or assists with meeting preparation
Contact vendors and submit all necessary paperwork as needed
Research and assist in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives
Assist with department staffing (including organization and maintenance offers, timecards, and reimbursements)
Assist in miscellaneous tasks both in office and on-site as requested
Provide general administrative support as needed

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Gain knowledge and perspective within the Site Operations department
Learn the essential roles and responsibilities needed to start the groundwork for any successful C3 festival or live event
Apply your learning and experience to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

This role requires you to be in our Austin, TX office.
Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
Junior or Senior standing
Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
Creative thinker and problem solver
Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
Ability to be punctual and meet deadlines
A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exercises sound judgment with professionalism and discretion
Able to commit to 15-20 hours per week, with in-office availability Tuesday through Thursday
Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office
