Senior Lecturer/Lecturer – Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Management

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Master’s degree or PhD in any of the following fields: Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Management. Experience in designing and delivering undergraduate curricula is desirable.
Experience with international academic collaborations is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
Familiarity with digital tools for teaching, learning and research with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in teaching at university level.
Experience in research and publishing, including funded projects is desirable

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to institutional development initiatives.
Familiarity with digital tools for teaching, learning, and research.
Competence in use of technology

Maintain student records and manage day-to-day teaching administration
Commitment to continuous professional development

Ability to navigate online learning platforms effectively
