Findlay, OH Battery Wholesale Store Manager

Description of the role:

This role involves managing the soon to open Battery Wholesale in Findlay, Ohio. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, including sales, customer service, installations and testing procedures, inventory management, and employee supervision. They will also be responsible for promoting and maintaining a positive store culture.

Responsibilities:

Manage store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Supervise and train store staff
Develop effective sales strategies and drive sales growth
Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns
Monitor inventory levels communicate with headquarters in Toledo, Ohio
Assist in building maintenance and overall appearance

Requirements:

Prior experience in retail management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of automotive batteries and related products
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in computer systems and software

Battery Wholesale is coming to Findlay! Construction is ongoing at 15203 US 224 near Caliber Collision and Olive Garden. This is a full-time position that will require a paid training period ahead of store opening set for mid winter. Training will take place mainly at the Battery Wholesale in Bowling Green, but also some training days in Toledo before the store opening. Please submit resumes and salary requirements. Hours are M-F 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am-4pm with Sundays and another day off during the week. 40+ hours.
