·Passionate about sustainability and has a track record of driving meaningful changes.

·Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies within financial services industry.

·Strong understanding of environmental regulations, climate risk management, and sustainable insurance products.

·Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
