We are currently seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to scale up and EU projects, focusing on ASPEN modelling, separation and hydrogenation.

What will you do?

As a Process Engineer specializing in hydrogenation and process scaling, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling chemical processes, particularly those involving hydrogenation. Your expertise in ASPEN modelling will be crucial in simulating and improving process efficiency.

Compliance with company regulations and procedures in the areas of quality, health, safety, environment, order and cleanliness.
Develop and optimize hydrogenation processes to ensure high efficiency and product quality.
Scale up laboratory processes to pilot and industrial scales, ensuring consistency and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to ensure seamless process integration.
Utilize ASPEN software to model and simulate chemical processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Maintain detailed records of process parameters, changes, and outcomes for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

What do you bring?

This role is perfect for you if you have the following knowledge and Skills:

MSc/BSc degree in Chemical; Mechanical; Electronic Engineering, or a relevant Engineering education, or at least 3 years of experience in a relevant industrial or research organization.
Proven experience in hydrogenation processes and process scaling.
Proficiency in ASPEN modeling is essential.
ASPEN Modeling: Experience using ASPEN software to model and simulate chemical processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a solid understanding of chemical engineering principles.
Familiarity with other process simulation tools like PRO/II is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Innovative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex process challenges.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to process design and optimization to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
