How will you make an impact

You will join our CIO office, where we maintain and innovate the IT agenda. You will get a meaningful role filled with diversifying tasks, development and responsibility, ranging from administrative tasks to actively contributing to our IT Sustainability journey and helping us lead the way forward.

Your daily responsibilities include:

Preparing, coordinating, and supporting internal and external presentations and events, like materials for speaks at external conference, department meeting and global digital clean-up events.
Creating visual content, such as videos, SoMe, roll-ups and PowerPoint presentations to support communication and awareness.
Contributing to sustainable IT projects through onboarding, guidance, and project support.
Performing administrative tasks that help our team run smoothly.

What will make you successful

You have a natural flair for communication and good visual skills. You need to be able to work independently and be a team player. As a person, you like new challenges and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Further, we expect you to:

Be currently enrolled in a relevant university program within IT & digital.
Be passionate about working with Sustainability and want to make IT more Sustainable.
Have strong communication skills and proficiency in both verbal and written English.
Creative mindset and digital skills in making contents like small learning videos, onboarding materials for internal and external colleagues, making flyers, roll-ups and other design activities.
Be available to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with consideration to your studies.

The position also offers the opportunity for an internship.
