Key Responsibilities

Install, service and repair solar geyser systems in residential and commercial settings.
Ensure installations adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards.
Provide expert advice to customers on the optimal use and maintenance of their solar systems.
Participate in inventory management, including receiving, storing and organizing stock.
Prepare and process orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
Promote additional products and services to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications:

MUST hold a relevant plumbing certification or license.
Proficiency in computer literacy.
Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
Possession of a driver's license and own transport will be advantageous.

Experience

Proven experience in solar geyser installations or related plumbing work.
Prior experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control.
Ability to handle physical tasks.

Training and Probation: Begin with a 1-month training period followed by a 3-month probationary period, during which you will receive a basic salary only.
Fixed Contract: Upon successful completion of your probation, you will be offered a 1-year fixed contract with a basic salary, along with additional benefits and bonusses.
Permanent Employment Benefits: Upon becoming a permanent employee, you will qualify for additional benefits such as a provident fund and medical aid, ensuring your long-term financial security and well-being.
