Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Animal Warriors Conservation Society. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our organization's mission and values. This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with a combination of remote and in-office work.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a non-profit or environmental organization.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
Experience in logo design and creating brand identity guidelines.
Knowledge of market analysis techniques and the ability to incorporate insights into designs.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic video editing skills to create engaging visual content.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for conservation and a commitment to promoting environmental sustainability.

Roles and Responsibilities

Create visually appealing designs for various print and digital platforms, including social media posts, infographics, banners, newsletters, and website graphics.
Develop and maintain the organization's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
Conduct market analysis to stay updated with design trends and competitor activities.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and align with the organization's values and mission.
Edit and enhance photographs and videos for promotional purposes.
Support the production of visual content for events, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.
Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and continuously improve design skills and techniques.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new projects and initiatives.
