Solar Battery Sales Development Rep

Job Duties:

Visit homes with existing solar systems to discuss the advantages of adding a battery backup solution.
Provide homeowners with information on how battery systems enhance energy independence, improve backup power options, and lower energy costs.
Schedule appointments for in-depth consultations about solar and battery.
Pre-qualify customers for participation in the Rocky Mountain Power WattSmart program, explaining how they can receive cash back rebates for adding backup batteries.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and status updates using CRM software.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals.
Work closely with the sales and energy specialists team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Qualifications:

Valid Drivers License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with customers.
