EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED (from an accredited institution); Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred AND A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in human resources.
- Minimum one year adult supervisory experience.
- Minimum two years college level credits (not less than 24 units - AA or BA desirable).
- Experience in after school programs desirable.
- Must possess a valid California Driver's License; a positive driving record for commercial insurability and the use of a private vehicle insured per the requirements of the State of California
OTHER DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS
- Pass a post-offer Live Scan (fingerprint/background clearance-Department of Justice) and drug test before commencing employment.
- Employment in this position is contingent on continuance of funding for the program.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Traditional Schools - 180 days of school year per contract (August 2018 – June 2019)
- Monday thru Friday / 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (additional hours required at some schools)
- Occasional Saturday Morning Professional Development Trainings

WAGES, BENEFITS AND EVALUATIONS:
- Employment Status: Contract Employee
- Hourly Rate Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
- Benefits are not provided for contract employees.
- Performance reviews will be conducted by Program Coordinator
