Starting Rate of pay: $25.00- $32.00/ hour
Shift Differential: $1.00/ hour
Shifts Available and Hours:
Every Other Weekend Off- 7:00 AM- 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM- 7:30 AM; alternating between days and nights every 4 weeks.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various industrial equipment and machinery
- Proficient in PLC5 troubleshooting, with desirable programming skills
- Interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematic blueprints
- Operate measuring and testing devices commonly used in electrical and pyrometric trades
- Knowledgeable of National Electrical Codes and ability to apply standards
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, components, and pipe fitting
- Utilize arc and MIG welders and gas torches for welding, soldering, brazing, or cutting
- Fabricate parts based on blueprints and sketches
- Perform other assigned duties as required
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Preference of 5 years of maintenance experience in an extrusion, industrial or related environment.
- Full understanding of the Customer- Supplier relationships between Maintenance team and internal and external parties.
- Ability to solve problems to the root.
- Focus on the elimination of waste.
- Personal computer proficiency.
