About the role
EcoAct is an international climate consultancy and project developer that supports companies to set robust science-aligned net-zero strategies and achieve their climate targets. Founded in France in 2005,
the company now spans three continents with offices in Paris, London, Barcelona, New York, Montreal,
Munich, Milan, and Kenya.
With a team of more than 300 international climate experts, EcoAct's core purpose is to lead the way in
delivering sustainable business solutions that deliver true value for both climate and client. EcoAct is a
CDP Gold Partner, a founding member of ICROA, a strategic partner in the implementation of the Gold
Standard for the Global Goals and reports to the UN Global Compact.
Key Responsibilities and deliverables:
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage marketing projects from conception to execution,
ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. - Lead Generation Management: Manage lead generation activities through HubSpot and
Salesforce, including data entry, segmentation, and reporting (experience with HubSpot and
Salesforce is a plus but not required). - Social Media Support: Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns,
including content creation, scheduling, and analytics tracking. - Event Support: Provide support for marketing events, including logistics coordination,
promotional materials, and post-event analysis. - Design Support: Assist with design tasks using Adobe Creative Suite (experience with Adobe is a
plus but not required). - Content Production: Develop compelling written and visual content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, emails, and presentations.
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $80,640 - $120,960 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
- Preferred: Basic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign). - Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
