JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in Blue Ridge Parkway, in the Division of Administration. Open to the first 100 applicants or until 12/02/2024 whichever comes first. MAJOR DUTIES: Purchase Card authority - uses a government purchase card to pay reoccurring bills and purchase supplies and services, maintains records and reconciliation according to government purchase card policy. Submits payroll records in database and submits SF-52 personnel Action to service HR office. Work in an administrative office providing customer service in administrative functions to employees in the Pisgah District of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Budget work- included preparing program documents and record expenditures. Provide monthly statements of commitments, obligation and status of funds. Recommend program adjustments to resolve program discrepancies. Prepare travel documents and make travel arrangements. Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.
