- A bachelor’ degree is required on related EHS areas, in EHS- Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health
- Valid CREA EHS License (Local Requirement)
- Advance knowledge of English
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience with multiple products and KPIs
- Experience with EHS Management System, Contractors Management, Emergency Response, High Risk Work
- Experience with EHS requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification
- Experience with Comercial and Offices sites;
- Communications campaign and engagement skills;
- Experience with EHS requirements system (Enhesa, Verde Ghaia)
- Experience with EHS and governament agency tolls (eSocial, SOC, ADP, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft system (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
- Experience with EHS tolls and methodologies (Curve, TrackWise, HOP, Gemba)
- Must have strong collaboration and influencing skills to partner effectively at all levels and across multiple groups
- Advance knowledge of Spanish
- ISO Auditor to ISO 14001 and ISO 45000

Purpose\:
Established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision. Performs duties related to the success and growth of the organization's Environmental Health and Safety programs; ensures organizational and operational compliance with legislative and environmental regulations and determines new health and safety programs and processes. Assesses accident investigation and cause identification processes and identifies opportunities to implement new policies and practices that will minimize the organization's impact on the environment. Develops health and safety training courses, new-hire safety orientations, pre-emptive compliance inspections
You will be responsible for:
- Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
- Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve Environmental Health & Safety goals.
- Completes and submits Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) regulatory agency applications, permits, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinates facilities, equipment, and operations inspections in order to identify and evaluate risk factors and eliminate potential hazards and/or hazardous processes.
- Administers EH&S-based education programs, from employee safety training programs to site-specific certification courses.
- Implements employee engagement programs that foster environmental sustainability, eliminate hazards in the workplace, and drive towards zero injuries and incidents.
- Creates material safety data sheets and EH&S protocol guidelines for all departments within the organization.
- Maintains required records and reports associated with environmental permits and authorizations, waste disposal methods, and handling of hazardous materials.
- Develops comprehensive knowledge of EH&S regulations and legislations in order to ensure the organization and its operations are in full compliance.
- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
