Belmont Solar is seeking a welcoming, organized and experienced receptionist/office worker to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so a positive and professional attitude is essential.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
Maintain front desk area
Assist office manager with tasks
Handle putting service calls and new leads into the company CRM System (Customer
Relationship Management)
Making and mailing the required copies for permits to the proper townships etc.
We use Apple computers - experience a plus
Taking out the mail and retrieving mail from the mailbox
And any other duties that will be given by the office manager
Qualifications:
Must be experienced in communication and customer service skills, strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Must be on time to work.
Hours are from Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm (1/2 hr. lunch)
