ERM has 50 years of leading experience supporting clients with traditional EHS operational management and compliance. Our SO Service continues to build on this strong foundation to drive compliance and performance improvements at the pace and scale needed in today's dynamic market.
We are currently seeking for motivated and experienced individuals with an ambition to develop and hone their consulting skills, and the motivation to grow with our Taiwan team, getting involved in a wide range of service areas, to have exposure across industries, and collaborate across borders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in Sustainable Operations (SO) functions offering with majority of the time designated to work relating to Environmental Management, HS Management, Phase I Environment Site Assessment (ESA), EHS Compliance and Audit, EHS permitting, ESG Due Diligence, Value Chain EHS/ESG Management, providing site support, general EHS consulting and training/coaching services, etc.
Maintain ERM internal database on regular basis;
Assist in business development, marketing activities and client pitches;
Handle client inquiries on SO related services;
Effectively manage mid-scale projects independently and to support Partners and Project Managers in other projects as and when needed.
Participate in cross team supports related to Sustainable Product and Supply Chain (SPSC) and Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change (CSCC) teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in environmental science or engineering, Chemical Sciences or related discipline;
5+ years of relevant experience in EHS/ESG management system, Compliance Audit, with cross-practices of experiences as a plus (such as Phase I and Phase II ESA, and other relevant experiences); those with more years of experience are welcomed to apply;
Experience in environmental permitting is a plus;
Experience in supply chain ESG management is a plus;.
Good knowledge about EHS Management System;
Experienced in small to medium scale of project management;
Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken);
Possess prior exposure to proposal and client management is a plus; and
Ability to travel, maintain flexibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
