- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful EHS programs.
- Highly collaborative mindset with experience working with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be proficient and knowledgeable of OSHA, D.O.T, CPSC, EPA and V.O.C. related regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with a wide variety of audiences (production, management, administrative, etc,).
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, primarily the use of Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to influence by example and the ability to work with all levels of the organization. Ability to develop and make presentations before various audience sizes at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple work projects, adapt to changing priorities, and meet set deadlines
Working Conditions:
- Working Environment: Plant wide position; frequent interactions and projects in office, shop and outdoor environments
- Physical Demands: Lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Sitting and talking on the phone for long periods of time.
- Data entry for long periods of time.
- Travel Requirements: As needed, less than 5% of the time.
