Role Summary:
Implement the organization's health and safety policy and procedures so that all employees have a safe and healthy working environment and the organization complies with all current and future regulations and laws.
Responsibilities:
负责公司的环保监管工作，协助配合安全和职业健康方面的工作； 贯彻执行国家、行业、地方等法律法规/标准/规章等；组织编制并执行HSE方面规章制度及操作规程； 编制公司级HSE的年度工作计划及控制目标、“两措”计划；审核技术改造项目、重大设备治理项目、检修的安全作业方案； 制定公司环保管理制度，完善环保管理台账，针对存在的环境问题制定相应的治理方案和管理措施并实施； 负责公司新/改/扩建项目的环评资料申报工作；完成月度/季度/年度排污许可填报、季度/年度环境统计填报、月度季度年度碳排放填报等例行涉环保方面的定期工作； 制定环保治理设施操作规程，督促检查环保治理设施运正常运行，确保污染物达标排放； 监督危险废弃物的分类收集、贮存、标识、处置的全过程并负责报审； 负责环境管理体系的具体实施和运行；参与环境污染事故的调查、处理； 编制并审核与HSE有关的设备设施、材料和备品备件计划； 负责环保管理和应用技术研究的加强、组织环保宣传知识及培训学习的开展； 编制全厂环保类应急预案和专项应急预案并组织演练、完善、持续改进； 组织开展安全环保例会，统计厂内环保所需报表，编制相关的HSE汇报材料、工作计划、方案和安全环保月/季/年报，总结报告； 部门经理安排的其他配合工作。
Requirements:
为成功履行职责, 要求具备如下技能及资质：熟练掌握与本公司环保、消防管理相关的专业知识及政策、法规、制度和技术规程。熟悉安全环保管理办公室的各项业务和公司生产装置现场情况； 熟练操作办公自动化软件（word,excel,PPT等）；英语读写良好； 良好的沟通能力，有独立解决突发性安全环保事件的能力，有较强的责任心和团队合作精神； 具有履行岗位职责所需的组织管理能力和业务管理能力。
