Executive Assistant
Take ownership of the support functions for one of our key revenue generating businesses. As an Executive Assistant supporting a team within Macquarie Capital’s New York offices, you will gain international exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident and proactive approach, as well as your exceptional time management skills.
In this role there will be heavy calendar management, expense processing and travel coordination both domestic and international using Concur for 6 to 10 executives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other EAs and executive across multiple teams internally, as well as work alongside our Guest Relations team to coordinate meetings.
Exercising good judgment, discretion, and flexibility in approach, you will be proactively anticipating the needs of the executives that you support. As a problem solver who can multi-task, your additional understanding of the industry culture will help you better understand and support the team.
