As an experienced Analyst / Associate of our Industrials team in our New York office, you will participate in the full execution of advisory, capital raising and principal transactions in the pursuit of new business opportunities, and in the servicing of existing portfolio investments including debt and equity positions.
Macquarie Capital's Industrials team, based in New York and Chicago, provides a wide array of principal investment and advisory services to Industrials companies globally regarding acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and various capital raising activities. By leveraging our global capabilities, you will apply your investment banking knowledge to assist our clients in meeting their financial and strategic needs. Significant deal experience across M&A, debt, and equity capital markets are a great asset to our team. We value strong attention to detail, an exceptional work ethic, project management skills and experience in financial modeling.
This is a lateral position. Candidates should have at least one year of investment banking experience. FINRA exams are also required or must be obtained within 6 months (SIE, S79, S63 as applicable). S24 is required for supervisory roles.
