An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic and growing team based in the Sao Paulo office.
In this role you will provide technology support to Macquarie’s internal staff. You can expect your customer support efforts to be 75% via walk ups and 25% via email.
Your communication skills will be utilized as you provide customer facing, technical support, focused on a number of different technologies within the Sao Paulo office or other remote locations, as needed.
In addition, you will maintain direct contact with users through the lifecycle of both incidents or requests. As well as reach out to users and otherwise follow-up with them directly for more complex issues.
Using your attention to detail you will be responsible for the logging incidents and requests for continued problem resolution and tracking.
Your ability to work collaboratively will be required as you interact with domestic and international technology teams in order to drive issue resolution on behalf of customers and contribute to Technology projects as required. Examples include office moves, software rollouts, and phone testing.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in working with the following technologies

- Windows 7 & 10 PC support via phone, email and remote assistance tools
- microsoft Office 2013, Office 2016, Office 365. Strong Excel experience
- experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- mobility device support: iPhones and iPads
- remote Support Tools such as RDP and Remote Assistance
- support of market data applications: Bloomberg, Fidessa
- support of video conferencing technologie
- experience with a ticketing tool such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
You will also have prior experience providing technology support to a global customer and working as part of a global Technology support team.
