Tasks & Responsibilities
Functional
- Provide technical support to sales partners, customers, Fronius System Partners (FSP), installers and project partners in Lithuania
- Conduct regular visits to installers to provide information and updates on products, give presentations and conduct technical training
- Provide on-site service and support for the commissioning of PV systems
- Support installers and sales partners in case of product failure on-site
- Maintain all customer cases in our Customer Relationship Management tool
- Participate in sales exhibitions and/ or trade fairs in the Baltic States and abroad
- Keep up to date regarding the Lithuanian solar market (e.g. business and political developments, competitors, regional legislations, etc.)
- Support marketing and PR activities
- Run regular webinars to provide product information and updates to partners and customers
You will report directly to the responsible Export Sales Manager for the Baltic States.
Skills & Requirements
Professional
- Knowledge and experience with electronics
- Knowledge of PV systems and credentials to install and service them
- Knowledge of renewable energy and/or photovoltaics is beneficial
- Experience in selling technical products is beneficial
- Knowledge of MS Office
Personal
- Dedication and flexibility
- Willingness to travel extensively in Lithuania
- Reliability and ability to work independently
Language
- Fluency in Lithuanian (spoken and written)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
