- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a high level of energy.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable, especially Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience using CRM software is a plus.
- Prior experience in energy sales is preferred.
