<div>We are looking for a Solar Program Manager for a global renewable energy solutions provider.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Responsible to own and drive international programs by working closely with the development, engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams.</div><div>Ensure effective stakeholder management with open communication across businesses/stakeholders.</div><div>Develop schedules, identify critical paths, bottlenecks and maintain execution throughout the duration of programs.</div><div>Supporting the senior leadership in sales and relationship/opportunity management for development and engineering services.</div><div>Responsible for overall planning of program and periodic presentation to program/team leadership.</div><div>Demonstrate and execute project goals with satisfying quality, performance, schedule and budget in a global setup.</div><div>File management and project diligence room support</div><div>Preliminary design and proposal generation where appropriate</div><div>Review monthly performance reporting from third party monitoring provider</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirement:</strong></div><div>Must possess 3-4 years of experience as a part of a renewable energy company.</div><div>Bachelor/Master‘s degree in Electrical Engineering from a premier Indian university preferred.</div><div>Experience in business development, sales, market analysis, strategy, and program management.</div><div>Solar project experience necessary.</div><div>Strong analytical skills. Must have experience creating dashboards and working on Project Management Tools like MS Projects.</div><div>Ability to communicate well in English (written/spoken).</div><div>Team player, process oriented, self-driven and enterprising.</div><div>Start-up experience and entrepreneurial mindset preferred.</div><div><br></div>
