RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greets guests outside the restaurant.
Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations.
Facilitate the flow of traffic in and out of the restaurant.
Engage guests, act as an ambassador of the restaurant in both personality and knowledge.
Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
Perform some security responsibilities as necessary.
Performs other duties as directed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2-3 years as a Doorperson, or similar role.
Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer service strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Strong people skills a must.
