Job Description

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner in our Foxborough, MA office.

(This is a hybrid working opportunity with an expectation to go to the Foxborough office two - three days a week)

 

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to our business and drive the global people strategy, with focus on both local and global strategic HR support for senior leaders.

 

What will you do?

  • Enable growth of the business by partnering with senior leaders to create and implement a strategic workforce plan; provide consultation on organization design, change management and company program implementation
  • Equip business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage people alignment with business strategy and goals
  • In partnership with global HRBP colleagues, effectively implement a talent management strategy to prepare the workforce of the future
  • Identify high potential talent and expose talent to the organization to create a healthy pipeline of talent
  • Provide local perspective/input into the build/buy strategy for critical roles; interview and selection of critical roles
  • Support US based global leaders with global strategic HR initiatives including strategic workforce planning and talent management
  • Support the Talent Acquisition strategy by engaging with hiring managers and driving the principles of our hiring process to ensure a positive experience with a strong focus on diversity
  • Partner with rewards team to design and implement incentive plans and recommend recognition programs improvements by ensuring competitive salary levels and recommendations as needed
  • Drive high performance in the workforce by partnering with leadership to ensure we are assessing, performance managing, and developing talent to ensure business success. 
  • Implement change/cultural transformation initiatives and drive change communications

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelors degree with 10+ years experiences in human resources
  • Experience with human resources in global, matrixed organizations
  • Certification preferred:  PHR or SHRM-CP
  • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships and influence and challenge others in order to support and achieve results.
  • Ability to understand the complexity of issues and problems and assist in developing and implementing best practices solutions to resolve issues
  • Experience working with engineering teams and agile teams preferred
  • Demonstrated business acumen and time and priority management skills
  • Experience working with the US employment law and regulations required
