Your mission

We are looking for a motivated Installer (m/f/d) for the assembly of photovoltaic systems who enjoys working in a team. As a leading training company in the field of renewable energies, we not only contribute to combating the shortage of skilled workers but also offer individuals with a career opportunity in a forward-thinking sector.

Supporting the team in assembly work according to the instructions of the supervisor (assembly of substructures, installation of photovoltaic modules, and DC-side cabling at various locations)
Participating in quality controls and ensuring work is carried out according to standards.
Maintenance of work materials and active participation in training for professional development.

Your profile

Completed training in the PV sector or initial experience in the assembly of solar systems - especially in single-family homes up to 30 kWp.
Basic understanding of assembly and installation work as well as teamwork skills.
Openness to new technologies and procedures as well as knowledge of tools and materials.
Proficiency in German and at least some English.
Driver's license that is valid in Germany
Willingness to coach colleagues if necessary and comfortable working with international colleagues.

Ihre Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen motivierten Monteurin (m/w/d) für die Montage von Photovoltaikanlagen, die/der gerne im Team arbeitet. Als führendes Ausbildungsunternehmen im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien tragen wir nicht nur zur Bekämpfung des Fachkräftemangels bei, sondern bieten auch Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund eine Karrierechance in einem zukunftsorientierten Bereich.

Unterstützung des Teams bei Montagearbeiten gemäß den Anweisungen des Vorarbeiters oder der Projektleitung (Unterkonstruktion, Installation der Photovoltaik-Module und DC-seitige Verkabelung an verschiedenen Standorten)
Mitwirkung bei Qualitätskontrollen und Sicherstellung der Arbeit gemäß Standards.
Pflege von Arbeitsmaterialien und aktive Teilnahme an Schulungen zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung.

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im PV Bereich oder erste Erfahrung in der Montage von Solaranlagen - insbesondere in Einfamilienhäusern bis zu 30kWp
Grundverständnis für Montage- und Installationsarbeiten sowie Einsatzbereitschaft im Team
Offenheit für neue Technologien und Verfahren sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Werkzeugen und Materialien
Du sprichst Deutsch und (mindestens bisschen) Englisch
Du hast bereits einen Führerschein
Du hast Lust neuen Talenten deine Tipps und Tricks beizubringen und hast keine Scheu vor internationalen Kolleg*innen
