Minimum of one year of direct professional experience with DoD JSIG RMF and network management security requirements.

Minimum of one year of direct professional experience with DoD JSIG RMF and network management security requirements.

- Manage, update, and accomplish RMF BOE and BOE associated requirements. Ensure development and implementation of procedures IAW Configuration Management policies and procedures for evaluation of security program.
- Perform analysis of network security, based upon RMF JSIG, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Chapter 8, and advise on certification and accreditation issues.
- Perform risk assessments and make recommendations
- Participation in Configuration Control Board.
- Advise on security testing methodologies and processes.
- Evaluate certification documentation and provide written recommendations for accreditation
- Review security to accommodate and/or recommend changes to policy or technology.
- Evaluate Information Technology (IT) threats and vulnerabilities to determine whether additional safeguards are needed
- Develop and maintain a formal Information Systems Security Program.
- Recommend changes/updates to the Information Assurance Standard Operating Procedure (IA SOP)
- Review and evaluate all certification/accreditation support documentation for proof of acceptable network security procedures
- Proficient at installing, maintaining, and upgrading the following hardware: PC desktop systems, TACLANE, HP LaserJet printers, LCD projection systems, enterprise servers, network switches, and network patch racks.
- Perform network server/operating system/email maintenance, migration, and upgrade, to include current Enterprise Servers and Exchange.
- Configure router configurations and network IP addresses.
- Able to assemble twisted pair and install fiber optic network cables.
- Proficient working with the following software: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory Services, Domain Name System (DNS), BitLocker, Microsoft Windows Enterprise, Microsoft Office, Jetico BC Wipe
- Possess and maintain one of the following certifications: CGRC/CAP, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, SSCP, Security+, or GSEC.
- Minimum of one year of direct professional experience with DoD JSIG RMF and network management security requirements.
