The Position 

Arevon is recruiting for the position of Accounts Receivables Analyst, an outstanding opportunity for individuals seeking an exciting, high-growth work environment in one of the most important industries for the 21st century.  

Job Description 

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be a part of the Arevon Accounting Team and will report directly to the Director, Center of Excellence. 

Responsibilities

  • Create and disseminate invoices from asset performance data from Power Factors. 
  • Maintain detailed and organized record-keeping of all transactions and communications with customers. 
  • Track and manage outstanding customer invoices, communicate with customers, and send reminders for payment.
  • Resolve any invoice disputes, perform cash application, and review AR aging reports. 
  • Invoicing all the projects for our accounting services.  
  • Process intercompany invoices with various Arevon entities and Arevon Energy Inc. 
  • Reach out to customers at each aging threshold (i.e., 30, 60, 90, and 120 days) to facilitate collections.  
  • Provide aging reports to management teams. 
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures. 

Qualifications 

  • Associates/Bachelor’s/degree in Accounting or Finance Business Analytics. 
  • 2 years’ experience in renewable energy or 4 years’ experience in a similar industry.  
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers and vendors.  
  • Ability to comprehend mass sets of data. 
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies.
