Job Description

We are looking for a colleague, who would join our team and help us take care of maintaining and building relationships with communities by ensuring effective communication and financial grand administration. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Managing the facilitation of financial aid applications, including their review and the subsequent funding process  
  • Identify facilitation process development needs and opportunities for increased efficiency  
  • Assessing and appraising applications  
  • Providing comprehensive consultations to applicants, addressing inquiries related to both application status and process  
  • Update and maintain accurate data regarding application status and documentation  
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of all data collection forms  
  • Collaborate with legal, IT and finance teams to implement needed changes in legislative documentation  
  • Offer guidance to Community managers from all Ignitis Renewables offices on financial support applications  
  • Assist with engagement activities and collaborate with local communities.

Qualifications

  • University degree  
  • Experience in document management, process coordination or similar experience  
  • Experience in financial support granting process management and/or creation, as well as, in working with external and/or internal legal acts (advantageous)  
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both Lithuanian and English languages  
  • Effective problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.  
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimum supervision  
  • Proficient user of MS Office package  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a variety of people and personalities inside and outside the organization.
