ABOUT THE ROLE
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for the financial analysis and analytical support to strategic treasury initiatives. This role is responsible for executing the corporate treasury strategy including making effective use of cash and other financial instruments, and ensuring enough cash is available for upcoming obligations. This role is based in Boise, ID and will work a hybrid schedule. We are not currently accepting applications for 100% remote work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Responsible for all loan compliance for a wide range of solar projects within the company’s portfolio.
- Supports post-close file review by collaborating with Legal to create compliance packages that support the company’s ability to adhere to all compliance and covenant aspects of loan agreements.
- Analyze cash balances, current assets, and investments, and future financial obligations for liquidity analysis position.
- Conduct counterparty credit risk analysis and maintain quarterly reporting.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and other internal departments to determine funding needs, availability, and managing payments.
- Manage all bank account activity including:
- Setting up cash payments
- Reviewing internal and SOX controls of the payment cycle process
- Providing supporting documentation of cash funding requests
- Responsible for the master tracking file of all payments including securities for all projects and board approvals.
- Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.
- Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in treasury analysis, financial analysis, or related field is preferred.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines.
- Skills/Attributes:
- Demonstrated ability with utility financial statements including income statements, cash flow, and balance sheet.
- Experience with financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Experience with financial forecasting and diagnosis, loan draws documentation and overall compliance process.
- Strong ability in problem solving, prioritization, and a sense of urgency.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
