About the Role
As a Program Management Intern you will contribute to the development and production of our electric RVs. As a vital member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, supply chain managers, and manufacturing engineers to support the success of our innovative product. You will assist in driving the development process from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, supply chain, finance, product, manufacturing, and quality, to support seamless project execution.
    • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks, developing contingency plans, and providing regular status updates and recommendations to stakeholders across the company.
    • Support the creation and maintenance of detailed project timelines and plans, considering workflow interdependencies.
    • Assist in managing and executing programs end-to-end, escalating decisions when necessary, and balancing constraints across stakeholders.
    • Support the development of templates, workflows, and processes tailored to the team's needs.
    • Contribute to recommendations for program, product, engineering, strategy, and operational changes as needed.
    • Assist in documenting outcomes and decisions consistently and effectively communicating them to affected teams.
    • Support collaboration efforts, trust-building, the breakdown of silos, and gaining buy-in across the company.

Minimum Qualifications

    • Pursuing Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or equivalent professional exposure
    • Rising Senior or greater, graduating pending 2025
    • Demonstrate an interest in technical program management or related fields
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaboration skills, and the ability to contribute to discussions on complex technical topics

Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applicable in both technical and non-technical areas
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with various levels of ambiguity
    • Proficiency in understanding complex technical topics and abstracting key issues and risks into actionable forms
$25 - $25 an hour
Internship dates: Summer 2024
