The Retail Specialist Position
Sunnova Energy is seeking a Retail Specialist to manage the day-to-day logistics for our growing Retail Program. This position will work closely with our internal partners to design and execute reporting, manage program accounting, and improve internal processes.
 
The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing reporting to various stakeholders, external partners, internal leadership, and more. The Specialist will also work closely with the Sr.Manager, Retail to generate and maintain various landing pages, lead routing and program fees. The candidate will analyze data to provide strategic recommendations to increase sales conversions and lower cancellation rates.
 
Retail Specialist Responsibilities
 
·       Design and execute reporting dashboards in SalesForce and other reporting software
·       Distribute reporting for internal and external partners, dealers, etc.
·       Work closely with Sunnova’s Accounting department regarding dealer costs and payment schedules
·       Work closely with Lead Management team to execute Program Fees to dealers, and reporting to internal stakeholders
·       Manage the program commission payout schedule, including recordkeeping of systems with paid out commissions.
·       Work with our internal IT department to resolve any inefficiencies and provide suggestions for process improvements 
·       Consolidate data from various vendors and turn into digestible reporting with clear action items and takeaways
·       Ensure we maintain compliance with partners regarding licensing and/or insurance documents
·       Execute and manage reporting for all marketing mediums, delivering reporting on lead generation sources and key marketing metrics
·       Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Retail Partnerships to manage landing pages, lead routing, and event materials
·       Assist with onboarding new partners and/or individual reps to Retail Program
·       Provide recommendations to increase sales conversion and reduce cancelations based on various data sources including sales and conversion metrics, consumer survey data, and dealer feedback
·       Enhance internal processes by increasing automation and speed to scale
·       Review and analyze NPS survey responses to provide strategic recommendations for resolving pain points in customer experience
 
 Minimum Requirements
 
·       Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on marketing or business. 
·       3+ years of marketing or business experience 
·       Strong analytical skills 
·       Strong knowledge of Excel 
·       Strong knowledge of SalesForce reporting and dashboards
·       Excellent project management and organizational skills 


Preferred Qualifications
·       Experience with managing invoicing and financial accounting
·       Retail experience
·       Residential solar energy services experience
