Service PLM & MDM under Service Product Lifecycle management is responsible for handling the complete Lifecycle of the Components and Technical specs used in Wind Turbines, whichare maintained via active service contracts.

Moreover, the department enables geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary, teams to strategically collaborate with partners and customers using trusted, up-to-date product information

Responsibilities

• Accountable for updating and maintenance of MRP data for spare parts and tools
• Align data management processes in the business' value chains and process areas
• Manage and maintain responsibilities to Master Data team, establishing good relationships with business contacts, and making decisions based on results
• Provide awareness training and key user support on master data related concepts
• Support special projects as needed
• Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality
• Provide and contribute to documentation required for all phases of updation and maintenance of MRP / Master data
• Be main technical point of contact for stakeholders
• Create and oversee governing policies around master data
• Automate the above activities where possible
• Support improvement projects from data perspective
• Assist delivery teams in migrating and cleansing data

Qualifications

• Any Master Data professional
• Ability to achieve results and implement multiple simultaneous projects
• Experience with at least maintenance of master data
• Must possess influence and persuasiveness and have strong interpersonal skills.
• High-level skills in MS Office

• Ability to work effectively in team-based environment with multiple functional groups;
• Strong Service background. Experience with change management and implementation
