APAC Manufacturing& Transport quality is part of Vestas global Manufacturing& Transport quality team, focus on develop and implement the global quality strategy in APAC internal and external factories, To ensure quality performance is measured, improvement actions are taken. Managing and resolving quality Risks and issues, sharing lessons learned with stakeholders, meeting customer requirements, and enhancing operational quality competence in Vestas APAC region.

 

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Quality Performance Management within Manufacturing.
  • Ensure effective Non-conformance Management and risk management
  • Facilitate Quality improvements and ensures best practices and CLQ are shared and applied in lifecycle management
  • Ensure Regional competencies and Quality Trainings effectiveness
  • Input for supplier performance
  • Product NC handling, Maintain and optimize QDA& NC system
  • Continue to improvement quality, Improve product quality performance (CTQ)
  • Accountable for Q tools/ quality documents in process
  • Accountable for process quality indicators performance and analysis
  • Support validation of changes in products and processes

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or Masters in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering 
  • At least 5 years working experiences in MFG quality area
  • VDA internal audit
  • Ensure best practice sharing

 

Competencies

  • Good Quality leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. (e.g., ISO 9001, APQP4Wind).
  • Good knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Good problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Good communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of operational processes, quality control techniques to ensuring continuous improvement 
  • Can using quality management software and tools.
