Who we are looking for:   

We are looking for Sr. Supply Chain Manager to take the lead in sourcing critical equipment, supplies, forging strong partnerships, and driving operational excellence. Let's pave the way for a more sustainable and efficient future together.  

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for engineering operations, ensuring timely acquisition of necessary resources. 
    • Develop sustainable and ethical supply chain strategies tailored to operational needs, emphasizing environmental responsibility and social impact. 
    • Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts for required materials to meet production demands. 
    • Oversee daily supply chain operations and vendor management for efficient production flow. 
    • Establish and monitor supply chain performance metrics focused on operational efficiency and quality standards. 
    • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of materials. 
    • Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. 
    • Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements, adapting strategies accordingly. 
    • Implement and manage documentation processes to ensure accurate records and regulatory compliance. 
    • Utilize inventory dashboards and manage ERP systems to optimize inventory levels and streamline operations. 

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with focus on strategic sourcing, preferably in metals or related industries. 
    • Preferred certifications include CSCP or CPSM. 
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software and data analytics. 
    • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing supply chain team. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.
