Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at a significantly reduced price. We’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team. That is where you come in: We’re looking for an exceptional Marketing Specialist to join our Prague team!

Your mission:

You will be responsible for targeting new potential partners with targeted marketing measures, as well as planning and implementing marketing activities together with existing partners (such as supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, etc.) to our users. And thus make the world a better place – one saved meal at a time!

You will be part of the Cluster marketing team and report to our Marketing Manager in Czechia.

Your Role:

  • Collaborate closely with the local Czech team, including the Key Account Team and the Independent Sales Team
  • Creation and implementation of local campaigns in the B2C and B2B area, coordination and processing of inquiries from our partner companies
  • Review, adapt and implement global marketing campaigns and materials
  • Operational handling of various tasks such as creation of landing pages, online and offline marketing materials, texts, creative briefings, etc.
  • Creation of evaluations and analyses of various campaigns and activities
  • Handling of the local SoMe agency and supporting in creating local SoMe content

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in marketing in agencies or on the corporate side - possibly also experience in trade marketing
  • Extensive knowledge in communications or economics with a focus on marketing
  • You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • You have a sense of design and imagery, a good writing style and work on-brand
  • You have an affinity for numbers and are not afraid of data analysis
  • You have a hands-on mentality, initiative and responsibility and always maintain an overview, even in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • You have experience in project management, customer contact, work very proactively and already have the next step in mind
  • You are very good with MS Office or Google Workspace programs (especially spreadsheets and presentations)
  • You identify with our mission and want to do your part to save food
  • You communicate fluently in Czech and very confidently in English (the company language is English)
