We are Rycor (www.rycorhvac.com), the largest and fastest growing installer of heat pumps in the Northeast. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist us with installing green energy solutions specializing in installing Mitsubishi ductless mini split heat pumps.

**Job Summary:

**

The role of the CSR is to answer phones, schedule sales consultations, schedule service appointments, and maintain the scheduling calendar. Customer interaction and positive customer service is a must.

**Responsibilities:

**

  • Answering Phones
  • Scheduling In-home consultations
  • Scheduling service calls
  • Troubleshooting issues with clients
  • Manage Podium Conversations
  • Calling leads from various sources

**Education and Experience:

**

High school diploma or equivalent.

**Physical Requirements:

**

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
