Your Mission: As our Lead Analyst, Oracle Apps. – Technical based in Hyderabad, India and reporting to the Manager – Global Support, Dev & Integrations, your role will be pivotal in delivering end-to-end Oracle EBS technical solutions in collaboration with IT Functional analysts, Process owners, and Department leaders. The position requires deep expertise in Oracle EBS - Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (FRICE&W), with responsibilities spanning planning, design, setup, testing, support, maintenance, and lifecycle improvement for enterprise IT domains. The role contributes to our organization's growth and sustainability goals by enhancing efficiency in Supply Chain, Corporate Finance, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing operations.

 

 

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

 

  • Provide expertise in Oracle applications technical domain and best practices.
  • Translate business/functional requirements into system capability needs.
  • Support Oracle apps technical domain in a 24/5 environment, analyzing deficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with domain consultants for effective solutioning and manage project activities related to Oracle applications technical (FRCEW) and integrations.
  • Ensure solution design, development quality, documentation, and deployment test criteria align with stakeholders' needs.
  • Drive adoption and performance measures with customer stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for escalated system issues.

 

Your Toolkit: Skills That Make a Difference 

Essential for your Success:  

 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • 7-9 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.X, with strong technical expertise in Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions & Workflows (FRICE&W).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle R12.2.X - Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Financials, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Architecture.
  • Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Web ADI, Oracle APIs, Web Services, Oracle SOA, Informatica, EDI protocol, and data integration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, along with experience supporting Internal Audit, SOX Audit, and GDPR requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle EBS Applications, Oracle Database, PL/SQL Development, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), Java, Oracle Forms and Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle AME.
  • Knowledge of SQL Performance Tuning, AOL components, Unix/Shell Scripting, SFTP process, and Oracle SQL Loader.
  • Minimum two E2E system implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a positive, collaborative attitude

 

It would be Nice if You Have: 

  • ITIL/ITSM/PMP certification
