Icon Power is looking to add a key player to our management team. We need an energetic leader with the experience and skills necessary to build and manage a successful roofing sales team. This is a full-time position that has uncapped income with bi-weekly pay, direct and override commissions, and performance bonuses.

Job Description:

  • Recruit and train new sales representatives on how to effectively communicate with customers, inspect roofs, close jobs, understand insurance documents, and manage projects
  • Organize, manage, and assist the appointment setter
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for customer satisfaction.
  • Assist team in selling and managing projects
  • Maintain sales team results and prepare detailed reports
  • Create leads and sell roofs
  • Cross sell roof with solar
Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, must be in the roofing industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in business development and managing client relationships.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to teach how to inspect and sell roofs
