Service > Global Service Operations, Quality & HSE > Process Management

The department of Business Process Management located in Szczecin is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the world. BPM team coordinates activities around mapping, documenting and improvement of processes in SDC Operations. Our actions build a foundation for key quality areas in SDC: supporting fact-based communication with the Regions, enabling effective & adequate problem-solving activities as well as ensuring continuous improvement & advanced quality planning.

 

Responsibilities

  • Methodological support for operational teams in solving process and system issues
  • Coordinating works of SDC Business Process Experts community
  • Close cooperation with Global Process Management teams and ensuring adoption of global Vestas standards and enhancements in SDC
  • Identification of problematic areas and managing problem solving process
  • Process analysis delivering 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master degree
  • Experience in business process mapping and process documentation 
  • Very Good English
  • Knowledge of Excel and SAP
  • Interdisciplinary knowledge of SDC Operations would be an asset 
  • Knowledge of LEAN tools and methodologies would be an asset

  • Willingness to work closely with technical issues
  • Well organized with attention to details
  • Advanced level of communication and teamwork skills
  • Customer orientation thinking will be counted as advantage
