THE IT PROGRAM MANAGER POSITION
Sunnova Energy is searching for an IT Program Manager responsible for leading a team of IT Project Managers for Sales and Sales Fulfillment technologies, supporting multiple scrum teams. Acting as a subject matter expert in project management, the individual will be accountable for project delivery metrics for their team.

IT PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manages multiple IT Project Managers that lead one or more scrum teams comprised of Developers, QA Analysts, and Business Analysts for Sales and Sales Fulfillment technologies. 
•Collaborates with other IT Project Managers, Product Owners and Program Managers to plan and deliver cross-functional initiatives.
•Takes accountability of project delivery metrics for assigned teams.
•Oversees resource capacity planning for assigned teams.
•Partners directly with Sunnova Dealer network, solving technical challenges.
•Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple products and technologies. 
•Influences the design of technical solutions to satisfy business requirements.
•Adheres to Sunnova project management standards & practices; suggests and implements process improvements. 
•Provides audit support and completes project related controls

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
•Proven track record as an IT Program Manager or in a similar leadership capacity. 5+ years’ experience with accountability for managing direct reports and 3+ years’ experience as a leader of leaders. 
•The ideal candidate will have industry experience in solar, energy, utilities, or other service, warranty, dealer, or B2B related business.
•Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing top talent.
•Excellent emotional intelligence (EQ), communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders/dealers.
•4+ years’ working in cloud-based technology.
•2+ years’ working with Salesforce.
•Legally authorized to work in the US for ANY employer.

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•Demonstrates ability to identify and mitigate risks to project schedules and budgets; delegates work accordingly.
•Excellent data-analysis skills. 
•Ability to coordinate resources across multiple teams and initiatives. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
•Extended period of time working at a computer workstation.
