Titan Solar Power is currently seeking an experienced and driven bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team.

 

 

Summary:

We are in search of a bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) who will be directly responsible for providing an excellent customer experience while answering general customer inquiries pertaining to the solar system. Our Ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish (speaking, writing, and reading), and is motivated to provide support to our English and Spanish speaking customer's. 


 

Responsibilities:

  • Becoming a knowledgeable expert in all aspects of the solar process, products, and systems

  • Answering general customer inquiries via phone and email surrounding system performance, billing, etc.

  • Scheduling and dispatching applicable Titan personnel to complete on-site troubleshooting

  • Properly documenting all verbal and digital correspondence relevant to the customers account in our project management tracking system (NetSuite). 

  • Accomplishing daily, weekly and monthly inbound/ outbound call goals, as decided by management

  • Storing and maintaining paper and electronic files

  • Provide administrative and event support

  • Perform data entry of project requests, updating project database, and documentation, quickly and accurately

  • Provide overall administrative support

  • Request and check status of inspection

  • Be comfortable with receiving inbound and making outbound calls relative to project status

  • Other duties, as required

 

 

Education & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center 

  • MUST be fluent in Spanish & English (speaking, reading, and writing)

  •  Excellent communication skills in both Spanish & English

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask are key.

  • Ability to communicate information professionally and accurately

  • Organization and case management

  • Ability to maintain a measure of control and poise in a conversation

  • Ability to handle escalated situations requiring sensitivity and responsiveness to customer concerns

  • Ability to navigate and utilize online monitoring and troubleshooting resources

  • Ability to understand and explain the solar process effectively

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Alternate sitting or standing at will

  • Crouching or bending 

  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

  • Able to travel up to 15% of the time
