Job Description
- Preparing financial projections and performing cash management functions of the group company to ensure sufficient cash flow for operation and investment.
- Overseeing and completing inter-company transactions, including inter-company loan and capital injection processes.
- Coordinating with other business units to obtain financial information of each business unit and analyze and consolidate into financial projections of the group company.
- Developing financial models of new projects, and maintaining financial models of existing projects.
- Monitoring foreign exchange rates and properly mitigating foreign exchange rate risk.
- Coordinating with Thai and international financial institutions to secure both corporate financing and project financing.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years experience in accounting, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Market knowledge in the renewable energy business is preferable.
- Good command of English.
- Strong analytical skills and good communication and presentation skills.
