Shifts Available and Hours: 3PM to 11PM
Job Summary: Ability to perform job responsibilities in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment programs to support the achievement of the site’s goals and business objectives.
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a leader
- Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) may be required depending on job.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficient in SAP, LPL, SCS, and computer literacy required.
- Proficiency in MS word applications (word & excel)
- Knowledge of quality standards
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule manpower to meet production schedules including overtime and vacations of personnel
- Confirm all time entered E-Time system for the department
- Handle disciplinary action involving hourly production workforce
- Ensure daily output goals are met
- Ensure effective communication in the group: strategy, goals, and actions necessary to achieve them
- Ensure smooth workflow daily
- Perform all SAP processes as related to production
- Ensure safety & cleanliness of production facility
- Order inventory and maintain all operating supplies
- Innovate and improve processes
