Pay Range:

$57,000 - $90,000

Job Summary:

The GBS People Resourcing Team is responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality recruitment services across North America. The Recruiter / People Resourcing Specialist will primarily support recruitments in Oregon, California, Arizona, South Dakota, and Missouri.  This role reports to the Team Lead People Resourcing West Region Manager.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Associate degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years in a recruiting role with experience in sourcing

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to develop and forge relationships with stakeholders by providing excellent customer service for recruitment.
  • Process driven and have a good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • Act as a consultant by understanding the market for technical talent and providing that insight to hiring teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive full cycle recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers.
  • Ensure stakeholders (HR/Managers) are informed of recruiting status in a timely manner.
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans for open roles within scope.
  • Contribute to continuous development of the team’s processes, templates, and tools.
  • Utilize experience and knowledge of sourcing techniques to build pipelines of technical/engineering talent for positions across North America
  • Provide recruitment training to hiring managers.
  • Support in other team activities when needed.
  • Ability to collaborate with the stakeholders to understand current and future needs for Hydro North America
  • Provide insights and market intelligence.
  • Process oriented and have a good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques.
