Lead Solar Electrician

Location: Port Talbot, Onsite and Office based role.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing live installations to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Assessing performance and identifying training needs for team members.
• Conducting site and installation inspections to maintain quality assurance.
• Providing technical advice and serving as the point of contact for on-site electricians.
• Reviewing health and safety protocols, including forms, risk assessments, and communication updates.
• Conducting general health and safety reviews on-site to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Solar PV systems is essential.
• Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is essential..
• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation.
• 2391 test and inspection certification
• Driving Licence and flexibility to travel nationwide
