Job Description

For our Energy Storage team we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person in the role of Business Development Manager to drive the growth in our PV solar solutions business.

  • You understand, can analyze and develop the holistic market for PV Solar Systems and ESS ECO Systems.
  • You will use appropriate analysis to develop business development and sales strategies
  • You can identify business opportunities in the target segments: Building PV Solar, Utility, Solar Parks
  • You will develop close relationships with key customers in the role of Account Manager
  • You coordinate and organize technical and commercial proposals
  • You will negotiate contracts
  • You will act in project management
  • You realize the sales targets of the company management
  • You will represent Delta at conferences, fairs and industry networking events
  • You can communicate with the management within the Delta Organization

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in the field of solar PV solutions or battery energy storage solutions
  • Completed technical training in electrical engineering, power engineering or similar
  • Excellent understanding of sales, business development and customer service processes
  • Technical know-how of renewable energies, PV systems, battery energy storage systems and/or power conditioning systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken), other European languages are considered a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong legal understanding of contracts and excellent negotiation skills
