About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager Business Application (m/f/d) - Solar Trade ideally working from Munich, otherwise within Germany.
Our role is to operationalize the corporate goals on the Application Landscape Level. That covers Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Organization and Processes for all 27 Solar Trade entities around the world. Your role is to shape the future of Solar Trade by leading complex projects in a multicultural international context. Beyond that you play an important role in identifying potentials for the further development the Solar Trade organization, to contribute to Application Landscape Strategies and Roadmaps.

What You Will Do
- You will manage full project lifecycle for assigned initiatives, utilizing both waterfall and agile methods depending on project needs
- You will consult and support in the creation of strategies in the context of Business Applications
- You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to define project scope, develop detailed plans and ensure project deliverables met on time and within budget
- You will foster a collaborative and results-oriented project environment, leading and motivating cross-functional teams
- You will analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- You will maintain project organization and status
- You will proactively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of our enterprise architecture and application landscape strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Your Profile
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of success in delivering complex projects
- Experiences in utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of the wholesale business
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Experiences in complex multicultural and international environments
- Interest in development of strategies in complex application landscape contexts
- Certifications in project management are welcome
